Position:                     Senior Maintainer

Location:                    District Wide

Effective:                     March 2025

Hours:                         M-F 5:50 am-2:20 pm, 12 months       

Duties:                       

• Maintains, inspects, repairs and enhances district’s HVAC systems
• Manages maintenance schedules, equipment, and work orders
• Assists with snow removal, cleanup from weather related events, and other district emergencies as needed

Salary:                         In accordance with existing salary schedule

Job Qualifications

Requirements:           

Four years of satisfactory journey-level experience performing specialized building maintenance and/or repair activities. HVAC certification.
