Job Description

Position: Part-time Special Education Teaching Assistant – Leave Replacement
Location: Saddle Rock Elementary School
Hours: M – F, 9:00 am – 3:10 pm, 6.17 hours/day
Effective: September 18, 2025 – October 3, 2025
Duties: Support teachers and assist special education students. Provide intervention services directly to individual students and in small group settings.
Rate: New applicants: $25.56/hr
Current employees: In accordance with paraprofessional agreement

Job Qualifications

Applicant MUST be NYS teacher or teaching assistant certified. Minimum of 60 college credits is preferred. ABA experience and experience working with students with autism is highly preferred.
