Job Description

Hours: M – F, 8:00 am – 2:20 pm, 6.33 hours/day

Effective: Immediately – End of School Year
Ten-month position, subject to annual reappointment

Job Duties:
• Provide technical support to students and staff on all digital equipment and tools.
• Monitor student use of technology and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist students with digital platforms, tools, and testing.
• Manage building iPads, including installing and updating apps and iOS, and maintaining inventory system.
• Manage loaner devices, including distribution and returns and invoicing for lost or damaged equipment.
• Assist with the support, maintenance, and inventory of building technology equipment.

Rate: New applicants: $26.07/hr
Current employees: In accordance with Paraprofessionals Association agreement

Job Qualifications

Requirement: Applicant MUST be NYS teacher or teaching assistant certified. Minimum of 60 college credits is preferred.
