Our ideal candidate is an innovative educator possessing strong leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills. Candidates must also evidence demonstrated ability in the supervision of instructional and noninstructional staff and thorough knowledge regarding the academic, social, and emotional development of elementary children.
- NY State Administrative certification (Administrator, SBL, SAS, or SDA) required
- Prior experience as an elementary assistant principal is preferred.
- Training in the science of learning and experience with the Responsive Classroom and Math in Focus programs are preferred.
