Location:                           Human Resources – Great Neck Public Schools

Hours:                                 8:30 am – 4:30 pm , 12 months                                                   

Effective:                            Immediately

Salary:                                 Starting @ $45,421 

Duties:                                  

  • Manage a variety of tasks related to personnel records, e.g. data input, process and scan documents, etc.
  • Update and maintain the district’s personnel database system, along with other district systems.
  • Answer questions and prepare correspondences, postings, contracts, reports, and other documents.
  • Work closely with schools and central administration departments to resolve matters in a confidential manner.
  • Schedule appointments and organize/maintain director’s calendar.
  • Handle mail, emails, phone calls and visitors.
  • Assist with special projects.
  • Process new hires, as needed.

Job Classification:           Provisional Clerical – Nassau County resident requirement*

Location:                             Human Resources – Great Neck Public Schools

Hours:                                  8:30 am – 4:30 pm , 10 months

                            Note: 10-month position would require working up to 15 business days during the summer                                                   

Effective:                            Immediately

Salary:                                Starting @ $37,851
